Frequently asked questions.

Do you take commissions?

Generally speaking, I don’t - as a newer business owner and full-time nurse, my focus resides, for now, in building up my personal body of work, getting familiar with the ins and outs of running an art business, and simply getting my creative flow down. However, on a very limited basis, I will consider taking on a commissioned project if it aligns with my style and allows me the creative exploration to grow my voice as an artist and elevate the voices of others! If you have an idea or request, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask!

I live in Seattle. Can I pick up my order in person?

My presence right now is online and at the occasional local market. Please refer to my upcoming markets under the Info tab in the menu! For close friends or those I see on a regular or semi-regular basis, please contact me to talk further about pick-up arrangements!

Do you sell originals?

I hope to have originals available online soon, but in the meantime, please feel free to contact me directly for inquiries regarding pricing and availability!

Do you sell larger prints?

Yes! Prints larger than 13”x19” will be outsourced to a local fine art reproduction shop and sold per special request. Please contact me with pricing inquiries and purchase requests for 16”x20",” 18”x24",” and 20”x30.”

What is your refund policy?

I don’t offer refunds, but if the wrong item was sent or your item arrives damaged, I can exchange it for the correct/undamaged print. If this occurs, please let me know via email or my contact form, ship the damaged/incorrect item, and I will send you a new one. Your prints are made to order and processed and packaged by me especially for you, and you’re sure to love them! If you have other issues, please contact me so that I can help resolve them.

Can you tell me more about how your business model supports sustainability?

My prints are made on paper that is 100% cotton and acid free, and I purchase my packaging and shipping materials from EcoEnclose, whose focus is reducing waste impact by offering eco-friendly, sustainable packaging options, all of which are either recycled, recyclable, reusable, or naturally biodegradable. Please visit this link for specific instructions as to how to responsibly handle your packaging.

*Clear bags for 13”x19” prints are not recycled or recyclable. I’m currently working on finding an affordable alternative.

I also donate at least 5% of sales to organizations focused on environmental conservation, sustainability, and climate change-related social justice. For more information, head over to my Giving Back page to see how you can help!
